East Lake High School

East Lake High School, one of 17 high schools in the Pinellas County school system, serves students in grade 9-12 and is one of the most recently constructed high schools in Pinellas County. It is situated in a rural area in a suburban-type community of north Pinellas County. East Lake High School currently serves more than 2,000 students from the communities of Tarpon Springs, East Lake, Palm Harbor, and Oldsmar. In 2014, ground was broken on campus to build the East Lake Middle School Academy of Engineering. Its STEM based curriculum through partnership with Project Lead the Way sees 396 students daily, and many students matriculate to East Lake High School
