Childbirth Education: Whether this is your first pregnancy or your 5th (or more!), this class has all the information you need to be able to make informed decisions throughout your pregnancy and labor/delivery. We focus on keeping your birth partner involved and encourage him/her to accompany you on your pregnancy and birth journey. This class focuses on evidence-based research so you become your own best advocate. This class will focus on your pregnancy as well as what to expect and how to cope with labor and delivery and postpartum.

Breastfeeding Education: Breastfeeding is such an amazing bond between a parent and their baby. This class will give you all the information you need to form a successful nursing relationship with your newest addition! From immediate postpartum through the first year (and beyond!), you'll be prepared for it all. We also offer one-on-one breastfeeding assessments to evaluate latch and troubleshoot any concerns you may have.

Breastfeeding and Postpartum Support: They don't call postpartum the 4th trimester for nothing. Too often, moms are expected to "jump right back in" to the normal swing of things as soon as their baby is born. We are here to provide support. Whether it's just someone to talk to or you need help troubleshooting with breastfeeding, we're available 24/7. Welcome to the BBP family!
