Flow on the Go Kids Yoga - Virtual Classes

Flow On The Go, LLC was created to bring yoga to children where ever they are; in the park, at school, at the gym or studio… everywhere.

Every yoga class will include: yoga poses, games, songs, mindfulness techniques, meditation and breathing exercises. These activities will promote flexibility, strengthening, improved confidence and most importantly, stress relief. Classes will be divided into age groups so whether your child is 3 or 13, they will enjoy age appropriate poses, music & activities.
