Xcel 360 Summer Camps

Join XCel 360 for their Summer Camps that last all summer long! Each camp will be PACKED FULL of Games and Activities to keep EVERY Child engaged and excited!

CAMP KINGDOM (Beginner – Advanced – Ages 4 & Up!) We Combined DANCE, CHEER & TUMBLING ALL IN ONE! *Strict Focus on Tumbling*

Description:
CAMP KINGDOM will be broken down into 3 KEY Components…
• TUMBLING (Acro)
• HIP-HOP (Dance)
• STUNTING (Cheer)

Campers will work to increase:
• Flexibility, Strength, Technique and Confidence!

TUMBLING/Acro: Through a variety of drills, stations, spotting and progressions… Our Staff will help YOUR child improve their tumbling technique, gain new skills and strengthen them to achieve a higher and safer level of tumbling!

HIP-HOP (DANCE): Campers will learn a FUN and ENERGIZING HIP-HOP Dances!

STUNT (CHEER): Each Camper will learn the art of balancing in various levels of cheer stunting. They will go through flyer training as well as learning to base with proper and safe techniques. Stunting difficulty will be assessed by coaches to fit appropriately based on camper’s experience and safe display of technique.

PARKOUR CAMP! (Beginner – Advanced – Ages 4 & Up!) REAL PARKOUR CAMP!! (Run, Jump, Climb and Flip!)

Description:
Parkour Camp will be broken down into 4 KEY Components…
• Speed and Agility
• Parkour Specific Skills
• Obstacle Course Training
• Flips!

Through a variety of drills, stations, spotting and progressions… Our Staff will help YOUR child improve their Flips, Strength, Parkour technique and skills (Bars, Wall, Vaults & Flow) and overall Confidence. Our Obstacle training will be both fun and challenging!
We have had many of our past athletes featured in big box office films and TV shows… Who knows... We may see YOU in the movies one day too!

NERF 360 (Ages 5 & Up!) NERF Gun NOT Included – We supply Thousands of NERF Darts!

Description: Campers are divided up into groups and play a variety of NERF inspired games!!
2 Sessions/Day and Between Sessions Campers will also learn Parkour, Tumbling, Obstacle, Strength & Agility training!


**All participants must bring their own Lunch and Snack each day. No food will be provided by 360 Sports Centre, We do have a snack vending machine, Gatorade and waters for sale as well! We also offer $5 PIZZA Fridays! Participants will receive 2 slices of Pizza for Only $5!
