Each class has a specific topic which is covered in detail such as choices and positive aspects of pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum care, breastfeeding, baby care and family life. Classes include lecture, videos, hands-on activities, discussion, relaxation & labor techniques, games, natural breathing, student workbook, labor rehearsals and much more. Our goal is to educate women and their partner in a relaxed fun environment; a course where you feel comfortable enough to ask any question. Classes are small enough for individual attention and held in our home.
