Camp Horizon

Camp Horizon is a Christian Summer Camp and Retreat facility situated on about 100 acres with a half-mile shoreline on Lake Harris in Leesburg, Florida (Lake County). We can sleep over 200 people in twelve cabins, eight lodge rooms, and nine dormitory rooms. We have a chapel, gymnasium, craft room, swimming pool, and dining hall. Our sports field can be configured for backstop sports (baseball, softball, kickball), two youth soccer fields, or three youth flag-football fields. We also have an archery and rifle range. On Lake Harris we have a ski/fish dock and a split level boat dock with observation deck. We offer water-skiing, fishing, swimming, sailing, and canoeing on the lake. Camp Horizon has been around for over thirty five years.

Campers will enjoy many activities including swimming, canoeing, riflery, archery, handicrafts, and various games. Campers will also learn God’s word and have a daily devotional time. Weekly rates include all activities, lunch, and a camp t-shirt.
