When Richie Wilson and Rachel Fine Wilson moved from Brooklyn to Florida in 2015, they brought more than just a love of sunshine, they brought a vision. Inspired by their favorite NYC haunts, they set out to create a place that combined rich history, elevated comfort food, and unforgettable experiences. In 2018, that dream became Gigglewaters.
Housed in a historic building in the heart of downtown Safety Harbor, Gigglewaters is a nod to the Prohibition era with a vintage vibe that feels both nostalgic and fresh. Tin ceilings, warm lighting, and a bar built from reclaimed Belleview Biltmore wood set the scene, but it’s the menu that steals it.
