The Museum of Archaeology, Paleontology & Science is a 501(c) (3) educational and cultural center in New Port Richey founded July 15, 2016. The backbone of MAPS focuses on prehistoric life on earth and the history of humankind from ancient to modern. MAPS currently own thousands of world-class artifacts, a stunning fossil display of extinct flora and fauna, dinosaurs, and exquisite minerals.
MAPS offers a variety of stationary and traveling exhibits, summer camps, educational programs, classes, lectures, research, collaborations, and special events such as birthday parties and guided tours. The vision is to become the regional destination for the display, education and research in archaeology, paleontology and their related fields.
