I use evidence-based techniques, strengths-based approaches, and client-centered theories that allow me to be creative. Eclectic therapy allows me to use feedback from you to change the treatment plan as needed. You are the expert on you, and you deserve to be treated with the best methods out there - even if it means being creative and changing our original course.
