Their fudge is hand-crafted the old fashioned way, using no preservatives, or additives. They use only cream, sugar, and Hershey's Baking Cocoa. Stop on by sometime to watch as we make fudge using old family recipes and techniques. From the copper pot to the marble table, and then paddled by hand, we take the extra time and care to make sure every batch is made to perfection!
