Our goal is to give athletes of all ages the opportunity to improve speed, strength and agility through a combination of our unique sports training and science. We offer innovative exercise programs that emphasize all aspects of movement from muscle strength to neuromuscular coordination and muscular recruitment.
YOUTH TRAINING...
Establishing a foundation is essential to long-term success. Athletes ages 8-12 can develop the right techniques and gain a basic understanding of sports training in our general youth training classes. These classes are one hour long and focus exclusively on speed and agility
High School Training...
More mature athletes 13-17 will be trained for muscle strength more than their younger counterparts because that is what their bodies will respond to. This means that the older athletes' programs will be more intense and involve more resistance training and weight lifting than the younger athletes. These athletes will also get more complex agility training in order to challenge their abilities and increase their speed and agility repertoire.
