Hopefest Backpack Outreach at Refuge Church

It’s almost that time of year. Refuge Church will be giving away backpacks filled with school supplies to the community. There will also be free-haircuts, music and games. We will give out backpacks on a first-come, first serve basis. So remember, it is while supplies last.
