Look no further than the I Heart Vets Trail Run, where runners and supporters alike come together for a day filled with excitement and gratitude.
Whether you are a competitive runner, a casual runner looking to run your first event, or just looking for a fun, family activity on a beautiful Saturday morning, all ages and ability levels are welcome!
This 5k course begins and ends in Anclote Gulf Park and will take participants down the Coastal Anclote Trail, through the trails in Key Vista Nature Park, and over boardwalks that offer a view of the Gulf! After working up a sweat on the trail, refuel and satisfy your cravings at our array of food vendors. Enjoy a delicious meal while soaking in the post-race atmosphere and camaraderie. Our Veteran's Village is a hub of support and information. Browse through booths featuring local businesses and organizations dedicated to improving the lives of veterans and their families. Discover resources, services, and products that cater to the unique needs of the military community. It's a chance to connect, learn, and contribute to a noble cause.

Everyone Wins! All participants will receive a custom participation medal and commemorative event T-Shirt! But this event is about more than just medals, t-shirts, and vendors; it's about unity, remembrance, and making a difference. It's an opportunity for the entire family to come together, celebrate our veterans, and create lasting memories. Whether you're a competitive runner aiming for a personal best, a leisurely jogger enjoying the scenery, or a supportive spectator cheering on the participants, there's a place for you at VAN Vet Day 5k Trail Run.
Help us raise funds for a new EcoRover Tracked Wheelchair! For people with physical disabilities, being able to access and enjoy our beautiful trails will be life changing. These chairs are battery powered all-terrain track chairs that easily transverse many types of rough or uneven terrain. EcoRovers make it fun and easy to enjoy recreation at beaches, parks and many other natural environments.
VAN and friends are raising funds for Pasco Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources PAIR (Pasco Adaptive Inclusive Recreation) Program. We want more people to enjoy the incredible trails and parks of Pasco County!
