How's your training going for RAP River Run?
To help with your training, come practice running the RAP River Run 5K & 10K Courses
Meet at Sims Park, where the Finish Line for the race is next to the Amphitheater.
Come at 6:15 and be ready to run at 6:30pm. We'll have someone lead you on both courses so you won't get lost.
We'll have water for when you are finished and some fun surprises. You can also register and get a discount!
