Train to tackle the upcoming triathlons in the area. This clinic is designed for all fitness levels and will include 3 mock Tri's. Our certified tri coach, Martin Wagner, will include education and training in base endurance building, agility, and interval trainings for speed. For ages 5-15.
Prerequisites:
Children must be able to swim 25 yards, and ride a bike.
What Do I Need:
Bring all equipment needed for swimming, biking, and running. Items include the following: swim suit, goggles, swim cap, towel, bike, helmet, and running shoes.
