PHFR Summer Splash Down

  • Cost: Free Admission

Join Palm Harbor Fire Rescue and the Palm Harbor Library at 10am as we celebrate summer and the memory of 3yr old Kyrie who drowned in a pond in East Lake earlier this year. We would like to dedicated this event to his memory, his family, the deaf and hard of hearing community and our autistic community.

We will have vendors with water safety information, free life jackets, and a few (cash/card) vendors with cold treats for purchase.

10:00am -11:00am: We will have free life jackets and water safety supplies for families
11:00am -11:30am WATER TIME We will spray Fire Hose from Fire Engine
(The roadway will be blocked off and no one can drive a vehicle over the hose lines in the roadway)

What to bring:
Tote Bag
Umbrella if you want to sit in the shade
Bring your own chairs
Water shoes
Sunscreen
Towels
Goggles if you don't like water in your eyes
Bug/ant spray just in case ( we will have the field treated prior but just in case)
Parents /Caregivers join in the fun with your kids!! Splash around and have a good time
Cash/ Card for vendors
- It will get muddy, we will rinse people off on request
