
This is a safe and welcoming space for postpartum moms to gather, share, and cultivate community.
Led by a RN trained in perinatal mental health, yoga teacher, and fellow mother who experienced postpartum PTSD herself. Our hour together will include supportive conversation, gentle movement, and mindfulness practices to help you feel grounded before stepping back into the rest of your day.
Non-mobile babies are welcome— we kindly ask that strollers are not brought into the studio. It’s recommended to wear baby or carry baby in a car seat, as there is no ramp directly to the entryway.
