
This 75-minute yoga experience is designed specifically for expecting moms. Take time to slow down, cultivate community, and care for yourself.
Each class will begin with time to connect with other Mamas on a similar journey. From there, we’ll start slow, grounding into our breath, and gradually flow through postures aimed at strengthening and building stamina. We’ll end with deep relaxation through restorative postures and/or meditation to fully restore your body and mind.
