Dunedin Public Library Teen Chocolate Truffle Class

This program offers teens a fun, hands-on opportunity to become amateur chocolatiers.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of working with chocolate, including how to create a rich ganache filling and the techniques for rolling and coating their own chocolate truffles.
