Motherhold Circle at Savage Yoga

This is a safe and welcoming space for expecting and postpartum moms to gather, share, and cultivate community. There is no limit on how postpartum you may be: postpartum is forever.

This group is led by Julia Ghobrial, the founder of Motherhold. She is a RN, yoga teacher, reiki master teacher, and mother who is also certified in maternal mental health. Our hour together will hold space for whatever the group of the day requires: from conversation to meditation.

Non-mobile babies are welcome.
