Join us on May 2, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM for the grand opening of our captivating exhibition, "The Citrus Wizard’s Journey – Lue Gim Gong and the Immigrant Spirit," at Heritage Village Pinellas County Museum and Park. This special event is designed to celebrate the extraordinary life and achievements of Lue Gim Gong, a pioneering horticulturist who made significant contributions to Florida's citrus industry, and to honor the vibrant immigrant spirit that has enriched our community. Official opening remarks for the exhibition will take place at 11:30 AM May 2, 2026.
Grand Opening: Be among the first to explore this immersive exhibition, which features never-before-seen documents from the USF Library and delves into the legacy of Lue Gim Gong. Discover the fascinating stories and cultural narratives that shaped the Sunshine State through Lue Gim Gong's remarkable journey.

Heritage Village is open Wednesday - Saturday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Sunday, 1 - 4 p.m.
