A welcoming, positive space for kids to learn calm, kindness, and joy
These weekly drop-in classes introduce children to meditation and Buddhist values in a fun, age-appropriate, and supportive environment. Through simple meditations, short interactive lessons, chanted prayers, and creative activities, kids learn how to develop calm minds, kind hearts, and positive habits they can carry into daily life.
Each class is designed to help children:
- Build emotional awareness and inner calm
- Practice kindness and compassion toward others
- Develop focus, confidence, and empathy
- Express themselves through creative activities
Older children are encouraged to grow their leadership skills by helping lead meditations and assisting younger participants with art projects.
Parents & guardians are welcome to:
- Attend the kids’ class with their child, or
- Join the adult Meditations for World Peace class happening at the same time
A snack is provided each week
-Please let us know about any food allergies or special needs when registering
-All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
