Tarpon Springs Fourth of July Picnic in the Park

The City of Tarpon Springs is proud to present the annual Fourth of July Picnic in the Park on Saturday, July 4, from 10 am until 1 pm at Craig Park (Tarpon Avenue at Spring Boulevard – Just west of Alternate 19). The event returns in 2026 for the eighteenth time. This family-friendly celebration of our country’s independence is great fun for all ages. A live band, Oysterbone, will perform. Bring lawn chairs & sunscreen and join your friends and neighbors for a great time. We will have inflatable slides, lawn games, food, drinks, and much more! Fireworks are not allowed at this event.
The City of Tarpon Springs will have fireworks on Saturday, July 4th. The fireworks are set off from Sunset Beach, which will be closed on July 4th. The best viewing area will be from Fred Howard Park. Parking is waived after 5 pm. The approximate start time is 9 pm.
These events are FREE to the public and does not require tickets. Please do not purchase tickets from anyone online. There are NO vendor spots available.
