Tarpon Springs 4th of July Events

The City of Tarpon Springs is proud to present the annual Fourth of July Picnic in the Park on Friday, July 4, 2024, from 10 am until 1 pm at Craig Park (Tarpon Avenue at Spring Boulevard – Just west of Alternate 19). The event returns in 2025 for the seventeenth time. This family-friendly celebration of our country’s independence is great fun for all ages. A live band, Oysterbone, will perform from 10 am until 11:45 am, then 12:30-1 pm. Bring lawn chairs, swimsuits, & towels, and join your friends and neighbors for a great time. We will have waterslides, food, drinks, and much more! Thank you to our fabulous sponsor, Waste Management!
**Fireworks are not allowed at this event**
The City of Tarpon Springs will have fireworks on Friday, July 4th. The fireworks are set off from Sunset Beach, which will be closed on July 4th. The best viewing area will be from Fred Howard Park. Parking is waived after 5 pm. The approximate start time is 9 pm.
