Florida Emancipation Day: A Family Reunion

When: Saturday, May 20, 2023, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location: Chinsegut Hill Historic Site, 22495 Chinsegut Hill Road Brooksville, FL 34601
Cost: Free, Tour $5

Join us for a special celebration on Chinsegut Hill Historic Site grounds. This free, family-friendly event starts at 10 a.m. with a reading of the proclamation and an inspirational program with the Cornerstone Baptist Church Choir.
Pack a lunch and enjoy the scenic beauty of Chinsegut Hill with live music by the Tampa Bay Area Marching 100 Alumni Association and Boe Cat’s Blues Band and an archeological talk of the grounds in the afternoon.
